Prussian layout for Linux systems

To have in your system prussian layout it is enough to choose latvian layout, but then you don't have two letters: ḑ be ț. To solve this problem, one should change the file /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/lv to this file

Differences between both files are in lines 70 and 81:

līnijas nummeri	ōrigināls zūrbrukis	tikrints zūrbrukis
70:	key <AD05> {[ t, T, t, T ]};	key <AD05> {[ t, T, U021B, U021A ]};
81:	key <AC03> {[ d, D, d, D ]};	key <AC03> {[ d, D, U1E11, U1E10 ]};

It is possible to apply these changes manualy to get the effect
